I have been sleeping SO awful this week. I don’t know if it’s daylight savings or reading or because I’m eating something that makes me not sleep. It’s awful! It doesn’t help that I’m having really weird dreams…last night? I dreamt that I was at the mall with some old friends that I haven’t hung out with in years and we’re browsing in a shoe store. Then a man walks in with a knife to his throat threatening to kill himself and everyone else (ok, not sure how that actually would work out haha). Well somehow we got the security guards attention and they surrounded the store and I somehow escaped. Then as I was running I turned around and the security guards were actually the BAD GUYS and were shooting everyone! Somehow I escaped and then I woke up…how am I supposed to sleep with that kind of vision?!!
I feel the judgment from you all–”she’s so weird” “what kind of drugs is she on?!” I know I’m weird but I PROMISE I haven’t touched a drug! I wonder what my dream means. It’s probably my subconcious telling me to stop reading those Twilight books and get a life! haha

I rarely remember my dreams. Which is a good thing because I can only remember them being weird, but no real specifics.
My strangest dream was one where dead people were alive.
If you died, you could choose to go on living with your normal body and everything if you wanted to stay with loved ones, finish things up, etc. But you had to be really careful not to die again, because I guess the second time was for realsies?
I don’t know, it was very intricate and it all made sense, in a way (er, of course, I was asleep, not exactly when I do my best critical thinking). It was rather bizarre but actually kind of comforting in some weird way, like you were sad the people were dead but happy they could stick around.
I was just talking to my husband the other night about this reoccurring dream I have.
I’m a senior in high school and every day have been skipping my English class. Like in my dream, I HATED this teacher. I won’t graduate if I don’t start going to class PLUS I have this huge paper due that I have had months to work on and I haven’t even started. It’s due the following day.
Oh! And it was SO much fun going tanning with you! Let’s do it again! LOL

I dream alot and most are very strange. I actually bought a dream book that I keep by my bed to check out what it means when I wake up! One dream I still remember because it was SO scary was that I was driving and I couldnt reach the brakes – my car was going out of control and I kept trying to reach the brakes to stop. I woke up and was hanging off the foot of my bed. My dream was making me physically try to reach for the brakes! WEIRD.
Sadie’s legs! Ha ha!
I had a dream that there was a mummy ghost between the bed and the wall and I threw a pillow at it. I think I must have only been half asleep because it seemed VERY real. Pillow on the floor and everything. Spooky.
Sunny will NOT sit on anything but carpet. On tile and wood, if we tell her to sit, she just lays down.
The bizarre dreams I’ve had were when I was pregnant. Hmmmm, just something to think about, Angela….
I have hardwoods too, my dogs can’t sit and beg which is actually nice cuz their paws slide hehe
Pat Summit was in my dream the other night, you know, the coach of the Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team? anyway, i was at practice and she is the devil. Love me some lady vol basketball – must mean i am ready for the season to start!

One night I dreamed that I was back in college, but had somehow missed the first week of classes, finally showed up, couldn’t find the room where my class was located, etc. It was awful.
The strange part though is that when I woke up that morning, my hubby looked at me and said “I had the strangest dream last night about how I was back in college, somehow missed my first week of classes, couldn’t find the room …”
We had the same freaking dream in the same night! It was one of the most bizarre things that has ever happened to me. Now I’m getting weirded out just thinking about it again! Ha!

I never remember my dreams!!! you are so LUCKY!
and I haven’t been sleeping very well this week either. My ass keeps waking up like every hour.
The night after I had my first ultrasound for my first pregnancy, I went home and soundly dreamt that my enlarged belly was a fishtank with all sorts of tropical fish swishing around. Weird.
I dreamed I was a walrus in a forset made of golf balls and watermelons.
Then I woke up. And played some golf.
I have some pretty weird dreams too. I have this recurring one where I’m back in my home town but I can’t get to my old house so I try the pay phone to call my hubs but I keep messing up the number.
One night I dreamed I was in a swamp with my mom and my dog. We were running from alligators and poor puppy got dragged down by one and I was screaming at my mom to get the dog.
i was just telling my girlfriends at lunch that i have not been sleeping well either. it’s driving me crazy. i haven’t been having crazy dreams though, so that’s a good thing.
I think all animals hate hardwood floors. Must be like trying to run across an ice rink for them. Love watching my cats “peel out” on the floor. Sad, but funny.

Weird dreams? Oh boy, I have a ton of them. Some of the most disturbing are when my teeth fall out or there are bugs in my mouth. ewwww. And then shortly before I got married I had a dream where my sweet fiance, who wouldn’t hurt a fly, strangled me to death. Turns out you can die in your dreams. THAT was pretty weird.
Oh, just remembered a really weird one. I was at my parents house and I had just had a baby and I was trying to swaddle it and it wouldn’t cooperate. It kept kicking and squirming and then I realized that it was a kitten, not a baby. And everyone was acting like it was totally normal that I had just given birth to a kitten. Very strange, especially since I don’t have kids or a cat.

I had super freaky dreams when I was pregnant. I had crazy dreams about either dropping my baby, or giving birth to a part cat part human, or the baby would be as thin as a pencil. Oh and the sex dreams about celebs were out of control!!!
I love watching my poodles legs slide out from under her when she sits on the hardwood floors. So funny!
Oh dear. You are probably dreaming weird dreams because you aren’t sleeping well – vicious cycle. I had a string of months of not sleeping well. I’d take naps during the day and be up half the night. My problem had something to do with my Blood Sugar – I didn’t know it at the time but I was diabetic. I’ve never remembered my dreams so I can’t tell you anything weird about mine lol
I have NOT been sleeping well at all either. And I have too many weird dreams to even think about. One made me wake up once like they do in the movies, straight up with a frightful look on my face, and I think I gasped out loud. Even had to go to the bathroom to run cold water on my face. THAT one is even too hard to write about. Hope you get to sleeping better!!!!!

But, I have had a horrid week of sleep and I swear it’s daylight savings time.
Of course, my husband just told me that he thinks our dogs Shelby & Rocco are expecting puppies. Please pray he’s wrong! NOW I will be having nightmares.
My dreams are so vivid I usually have to double check with random people to see if things have happened. Just this last week I thought I’d had a conversation with my mother that I infact had not.
I’m so disorganized in real life that my dreams are usually about being disorganized and late to be somewhere. I used to often have dreams about trying to get to my wedding but not being able to do so. Everything goes wrong, the dress gets dirty and we take it to a cleaners, the shoes are left somewhere and we are trying to find them, we get stuck in traffic… I try not to figure it out because it’s probably a bad sign for my marriage, LOL!
Since having kids, I dream about losing them or leaving them in a hot car. Talk about waking up feeling freaked out and panicky. Also, right after I got married I dreamed someone was trying to smother me with a pillow. My husband heard me scream and thought someone was in the room. He grabbed me and so I thought he was trying to smother me. I had just calmed down when I found an extra pillow in the bed! I almost went home to my mother that night. So far it’s been 15 years and I’m still alive so I think maybe it really was just a dream.
I have odd dreams all the time! I should seriously start a blog to document it! Except then everyone would know how demented I truly am…
Two nights ago, I dreamt I was back visiting my college and was with my parents and my piano teacher. We were walking around the Target they had put on campus, which had three floors (by the way, my campus took up about six square blocks, so it is teeny–the three-floored Target would have taken up about 1/3 of the campus) .
When we finally reached the third floor, they had the bough of a ship on a lift (almost like a ride you might find at Universal Studios or something) and you got on to the ship’s deck and held on while the ship was shaking and bumping. Here’s the weirdest thing. Instead of water splashing up, like you’d expect from a ride that featured a ship, it was red Jell-O.
I think I need professional help. haha

I love the pictures of the puppies! When I first looked at Sadie’s pictures I thought she was saying, “What’s that?!”, “Did you see that?”, “Hey, now it is over there!”. However, the last picture of her is definitely, “Good grief!”. And, wow – three bowls of food, huh? Growth spurt?
My craziest dream was when I was convinced I had woken up, saw my alarm clock, but something felt off. So, I told myself to WAKE UP. I woke up, saw my alarm clock, walked down the hallway, but still something felt off. So, I told myself to WAKE UP. After the third iteration of this, I finally WOKE UP! It was very creepy dreaming my bedroom in such perfect detail that I couldn’t tell I was still dreaming.
I think your dream is telling you….you + Credit cards + Mall = DANGER!

Well I have weird dreams all the time but a few that I always have are, going places naked (those really suck!), or back in high school, it is Senior year, one week to graduation and remember that I have not been to one of my classes in months and am not graduating! ha ha. I also have insane dreams about someone trying to get me and they NEVER make sense. When we were first married, I would always dream that my hubby was cheating on me. I would wake up so mad and he would have no idea why. ha ha. Dreams are crazy things, that is for sure.

well – we all know that i have tons of weird dreams! i had another round of ‘em last night too! Big-D and I were at a hospital for some sort of fund-raiser – which was baking and decorating cakes. So, he decides to bake this cake and frost it so it looks like a haunted mansion. and in the courtyard he makes these 2 dinosaurs aout of frosting too. Then he carries his creation over to the judge’s table, and the people at the hospital announce that if we were too tired from all of our hard work, they have a hall-of-stalls – shower stalls, that is. so, while he goes to get the car, i soak in one of the tubs. then some bald woman from my church shows up and is trying to alter Big-D’s cake. I get really upset with ehr and tell her to knock it off and i really rip her a new one. hmmm…somehow, it didn’t sound as crazy when i dreamt it. perhaps my dog slipped me some meds too!

When I was pregnant with my daughter .. it was a while ago … I dreamt that I was floating up off the bed and into the ceiling fan.
I must have eaten something weird that night … or it was just pregnancy hormones. Either way, it freaked me out because I was rather round and my belly would have hit the ceiling fan first.
My husband had a dream one night where he was kicking someone … yeah, it was me. He says that he remembers doing it and couldn’t stop it (I think he just wanted to kick me), but he was (in his dream) kicking some guy.

I had the weirdest dreams while pregnant… CRAZY CRAZY ones! Some nightmarish!

Then, I think I remember chasing the bad guys with the CIA. I have no idea where these things come from, but I stopped eating crackers before I go to bed at night1

i had a dream that i woke up from sleeping and there was a man standing beside my bed but i wasn’t afraid of him. later that week i read or watched something about how we all have warriors that stand guard while we sleep and it sent chills down my spine thinking that i had a dream about waking up and seeing my warrior standing guard?! i promise i haven’t touched any drugs either
